Our Band

For our more informal service at 11am we have a worship band. The band's aim is to play songs that help everyone be able to focus on how incredible God is and how much he loves us, whether we're in a straightforward life stage, going through a particularly rough time, or somewhere in between. We are very lucky to be able to play a wide range - from classics you may have sung at school, right through to songs that were released this year.

As well as the 11am service, we are happy to be asked to support other life events such as weddings and funerals and some social events happening at church.

Band members and our sound desk team commit to being on a rota – anywhere from once a month to more frequently. We usually rehearse on a Wednesday evening and are always looking to welcome those who have particular gifts for playing musical instruments and vocal artists.
